About us
SuKhaRi was founded in 2016 as a stream to improve the quality of educational services. We believed that the current situation requires the support of non-formal education, which is the key to increasing competition in the education market, and that this, in turn, will increase the requirements for formal education in Ukraine. The projects focused on matching employers' requirements for education and cooperatives with professional clusters.
After the COVID-19 challenges and the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, we closely work with the Ministry of Education and Science and Ukrainian education departments to support K12, TVET, and Hier education in Ukraine, especially through the development and scaling the educational online platforms, MOOC, and tools for mass online assessment of the knowledge quality.
The main goal of SuKhaRi is to create conditions for the development of the education ecosystem in Ukraine so that everyone can acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for a successful life in the modern world. To achieve this goal, the SuKhaRi cooperates with various institutions and donors, which allows us to expand our capabilities and introduce new ideas into the educational ecosystem of Ukraine.

Consulting in the technical development strategy of online education products, development of prototypes of platform functionality
Coordination of user services, development and design of user guides, and video guides, conducting webinars, and customer support.
Facilitation and organization of participatory processes, assistance in strategizing the formation of value proposition maps and SWOT analysis
Online course creation, the training evaluation on the Kirkpatrick model, assessment of the reaction, learning, and behavior.
Projects
Our organization cooperates with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and participated in the creation of various projects. We implemented these three projects during Russia's war against Ukraine.
